I needed to replace my well-aged XL mouse pad for my main desk and decided to go with a larger size and return to the thick version that I've used even earlier than that, in the standard-sized mouse pad (which I still have by the way, and use on my other desk). The 2XL covers a huge area on my desk, providing much more room for my mouse to travel so I don't have to pick it up off the desk as much, especially while gaming. For my typical uses in music production and video editing I often find myself needing to drag the mouse continuously in one direction, and this provides much more room for that as well. I've found that the surface material SteelSeries use in their mouse pads finds a great balance for sliding any mouse quickly while also allowing you to control your movement more precisely, while the rubber underside is perfect for staying put on the desk during rapid movements. The heavy weight of the Thick version (only thickness this size comes in, I believe) makes it even better at staying where you put it on your desk. The extreme length of this mat leaves you plenty of room for a keyboard without sacrificing mouse space, and its extended width/depth allow you to place other desktop items behind it without worrying about them getting pushed off the back of the mat. If flashy designs are your thing, there are other options available in smaller sizes, but if you want this gigantic full-desk mat, I hope black is your thing. My desk and most of the objects sitting on it are black - and most likely so are yours - so it's a no-brainer for me. Finally, these things last forever if you take care of them. They're easy to wash off with some slightly soapy water, in case you spill your Mountain Dew and Doritos on it (as long as you act fast!). As I stated before, I still have both of my previous orders from the QcK line of mouse pads, and though they are slightly discolored from a long career, they still work just fine. In the event that you retire one of yours, they can still make great pads to rest your other devices on, instead of the hard desktop. I like to rest my controllers on the old one when I leave my desk, so they don't vibrate themselves off of it.

Dude, I just got this mouse pad today and wow. Blown away! What a difference a mouse pad makes for a gamer. Good quality and oh so smooth, I had no problems with it coming rolled up which worried me a little that I would have to stack some books on it for a while but no problems. I just rolled it out and put a little pressure with my hand stroking it and it was flat again. I used it immediately and I am very impressed because I am now able to do something I wasn't able to do with my old Alienware mouse pad (a hard surface mouse pad). I can finally quick flick in my favorite game CSGO. Also I can turn around super fast, I always blamed my mouse! In fact I purchased a new gamer mouse thinking maybe its the pad or the mice so I bought both, I haven't even received my mouse yet so this goes to show, if you are having issues turning quickly in a first person shooter game this bad boy is your solution, no doubt buy it! Already recommended it to my gamer friends and to you as well. Of course it's size is nice you never have to worry about how far you drag your mouse, plenty of room to maneuver. The price, like the other reviewer said you pay for about four mouse pads = this guy. Well worth it. If you have a tiny desk that has a keyboard tray be prepared to buy a new desk though, this did not fit on my keyboard tray but that's okay because my desk is large so I put both my mouse and keyboard on the top and the keyboard tray is now storage for papers. If you are in the US and have a Costco membership there's a desk for sale for $100 really sturdy glass top wooden legs and long tray. This SteelSeries QcK mousepad is the best for its value to quality! In the past I have tried and worn out some standard office mouse pads, the large gaming mousepads, and other gaming mousepads such as a razer mousepad in the past. Though, I have never been more satisfied in the texture, performance, and size of a mousepad more than this one for so long as I am currently using it. It is an awesome mousepad for gaming in fps titles and for standard usage. The only few complaints is 1) I have about it is that when you first obtain it you MUST weight it down using a laptop or some textbooks on a table to fully unroll it. It took a couple days, like 3 of weighing it down with 2.3kg (5lbs) laptop to get it mostly flat. Then after a couple days more of use, it settled down flat on my table. Not a big problem if you are not in an immediate need of a gaming mousepad. 2) The logo, it is a gratuitous issue which could have been printed on the underside of the mousepad. Other than that it is not a problem if you are not one for looks. 2.5) It is a thick mousepad, with the item I got I personally do not see or feel the complaints about it being squishy. I suppose that if you are planning to have a gaming mousepad that fits flush on a normal desk or for aesthetic uses, then this may not be for you. Appearance wise, if you want a mousepad that says: I am serious about what I am doing on my pc; Than this mousepad may be just right for you. All in all, it is a great mousepad, one of the best I have owned with little to nothing to complain about.

This mousepad is probably the biggest change I’ve had in my life in at least the last month. It is the mousepad by which all other mousepads should be judged. It is wide enough to place my keyboard and mouse onto, side by side as well as slide the front bottom of my monitor onto which gives me a nice wide area to literally just play on. The top is covered with a nice fabric that has a smooth, but still a bit rough feel to it. My mouse glides on it with enough resistance to stop where I want it to, with precision, but not so much that it is a chore to push it around. It has enough resistance to hold my keyboard in place as well as firmly hold in place static objects like my coffee cup and keys. The mousepad it at least a quarter inch thick with a very nice non-slip rubber bottom. The side profile shows the rubber is peppered with holes which, I believe, are to give it a bit of give when you flex down on it with your mouse. But the bottom is completely smooth so dust and other foreign objects don’t embed themselves into it. It gives my desk a nice high-tech look that completely contrasts with my retro 10+ year old keyboard, budget monitor, and mouse that was last modern in the 1980s. If I have to list any drawbacks, honestly the biggest drawback is that it could be bigger. I would love to have it cover my entire desk.

The is hands down my fav pad. Ive imported a few in like Artisans and Glorious but didnt find them that amazing, Trying out loads in the "top gaming mouse pads" and this one was my favourite. Not only is it super easy to get here in the UK, Its relatively cheap, i got it for about £20-£25. I use my wrist for aiming and the thickness of the pad means that im always comfortable, the tracking is superb and the surface has a slight bit of friction that helps your aim be precise. Keeping it clean is also very easy, just use a wet wipe give it a rough scrub after a sesh and it takes all the grime out of it without destroying the fabric. Ive had mine for 3/4 years and am just about to replace it. Im not a fan of SteelSeries products, I hate all their mice but the mouse pads they produce are on point. Highly recommend if you are after a upgrade or replacement.

Han pasado por mis manos muchas alfombrillas de diferentes tamaños y marcas (Razer, Logitech, Steelseries...) y realmente todas me han gustado, pero hablando sobre esta alfombrilla, es extremadamente cómoda y queda muy bien encima del escritorio, cabe perfectamente 1 teclado (por muy grande que sea) y deja muchísimo espacio para el ratón, pudiendo jugar, por ejemplo, a juegos que requieren mucha precisión y unos DPI y sensibilidad baja (como es el CSGO) en el que se necesita una alfombrilla grande. El espacio que te puede dejar para el ratón es mas o menos como la QcK Heavy (puede que algo mas incluso) mirar la Foto adjunta. Al ser de "tela" no desgasta demasiado los "surfers" del ratón. El grosor de la alfombrilla también me gusta mucho, de 4mm. En resumen, no va a hacer que de manco seas un pro, ni con esta ni con cualquier otra, pero si ayuda a ganar comodidad y no quedarte "corto" :)

Es un buen mousepad, solo he tenido dos un Hyperx Fury S, que al comparar con este fue una gran diferencia En el Hyperx note que es más grueso, además tiene bordado el contorno, pero se siente más rugoso, además de que se ensucia más rápido En el steelseries, se siente muy suave, el movimiento con el mouse es rápido, no tiene el bordado en el contorno, pero a mi parecer creo que es algo superficial (por ahora) Además de que si es más espacioso, es delgado, la verdad encuentro muy bien este mousepad y cumple al menos cont todas las características que busco en un mousepad
