Men's Slouch Boot Slipper

Very well made and extremely comfortable. I got these to replace my old Acorn slipper socks that are probably 25 years old and are just starting to show some wear. The materials on these is an improvement over the old ragg wool so they are completely itch-free and I think warmer. They also have a rubber or plastic outsole that is perfect so quick trips outdoors and keeping your feet dry. I wear a 9.5 shoe and order the L (9-10) and they are slightly - just slightly roomy without sox but perfect with sox. Excellent product and IMO opinion a fair price.

The men in my family will not wear house slippers. They will where their shoes all day to keep their feet warm or clean but house shoes are a no-go. So I started looking for a sock kind of thing and there was the "Acorn Slouch Sock slipper". Ordered four pairs in large and medium and they ARE BEING WORN whenever the guys are are at home. They tell me that the sock slipper are warm so they don't have to wear socks with them. They tell me the sock slipper is comfortable with the gel insole and the slouch fit. But best of all they tell me the sock slipper is so durable that they can where them outside as well to check the mail, bring in the trash cans, etc. so they don't have to put on their shoes. Hurrah! Win, Win for men's Christmas presents or Father's Day or birthdays. Best for me is reasonably priced and the sock slippers are being used! Men are so difficult to buy for I guess that's why I got so excited about this buy. Now, I want a pair!

Quite a nice slipper. Kind of loose on my calf but comfortable. Very warm and soft. For quick runs outside they’re pretty good not sure about longer exposure outside though.

I've worn the original Acorn slipper socks for 30 years. They're warm, comfortable, and last many years. A common place of wear is the top near the toe where after years, they'll wear out. Not an issue because they last for years. I thought moving up to the "Slouch Slipper" sock could refer the original obsolete because the toe area has extra leather. I found the Slouch Slipper foot fit to be just fine, and clearly a bit more support and protection, but the wool knit sock section is way too wide and tends to fit sloppy because of the slouch. To the point that it causes the whole slipper to slide off your feet, despite have the correct foot size. Still like the brand, but next time I go back to the original slipper sock. The more expensive Slouch version is not worth the higher price for the unreliable fit.

First, I made the mistake listening to one reviewer that I should order one size up. I usually wear a 10, so I ordered a large (10.5-11.5). They ended up being way too big (for me). I returned these (thankfully free returns) and ordered a medium. They are perfect. I usually don't wear socks - actually I hate wearing socks (at most footies) and these are THE most comfortable slippers I've EVER worn. So nice. These keep my feet warm as well as my ankles and up my calf (a short distance). These are the "slouch" design which do not constrict my calf like socks. I read many reviews the standard Acorn slippers (leather bottom and standard cuff) are very tight around the calf. So, these are perfect for me. They're warm, have a fairly substantial sole (which I can wear outside), and loose fitting around calf.

I got and very much liked these slippers, but my dog ate one. I was going to order a new pair, but my wife told me to hold off for Christmas. Well, the pair she gave me was a different brand I didn't like as much and didn't fit so I went to order myself a new pair of these and...what the hell? The price went up almost 50% in a couple of weeks! They are now over $70, which is ridiculous for a pair of slippers. Is there some international slipper shortage I'm not aware of? Nice slippers, but definitely NOT worth this ridiculous price.

This is essentially a slipper sock with a more outdoor-ready sole and additional leather where original slipper socks tended to wear out first (toe and heel) -- so I expect them to last quite a bit longer. Also, it is fundamentally a slipper sock -- essentially warm socks with some extra sole attached -- so plenty of room in the sock, with the foot free to move as it does in a sock without a shoe around it. When I first put them on, I felt the extra padding on the sole was a little disconcerting as my feet weren't used to the feeling. Within a short time, either I got used to it or the sole got used to my feet, but now they are great. If you like walking around your house in winter with a pair of warm socks on and would like something that will last longer, slip a bit less, and allow you step outside on occasion, yet still feel like a nice pair of thick, warm socks, this is the product.

Muy cómodos, las telas son bastante buenas y calientes. Y las suelas muy resistentes

They're very comfortable and warm, and feel well made..

Purchased a pair of Acorn slippers, after just over a month the slipper elastic broke, as Dinan for a replacement or refund and they hid behind Amazon’s 30-day policy. Poor customer service, different sales “managers” would contact me giving different answers, one minute I couldn’t get a refund, then another answered that I could get a refund, then a partial refund, then no refund offered. Ridiculous service. Product is great, if it wasn’t broken but avoid this company

Comfortable, warm, versatile, sturdy. I wear these all day at home: walking around, at rest or at work, sometimes outside to fetch the dog, and yes asleep, even in the bed. Particularly fine when it is cold - 'made for the Canadian winter', to steal that marketing hype. Don't recommend these for exercises though, especially if running on the spot. Otherwise these are superb wear. My feet are always happy. I had one pair for two years of constant use until they wore out. This purchase is my second pair.
