Is bluetooth on this speaker bidirectional? meaning, could i send the music this speaker is streaming to a pair of bluetooth headphones?

I do not use the bluetooth feature but I would assume not

can this be used outside protected from direct weather

I bought mine primarily to use outdoors on a patio. I have decent WiFi signal in that location and it works great. I obviously do not let it get wet and also I keep it out of direct sunlight so it doesn’t get too hot.
