How long will this keep once opened?

A week or so. I freeze what I don’t use in ice cube trays and then just pull out what I need so that I don’t waste any.

How long does it last for once opened?

In the fridge it lasts for a long time. It can get a little mould on the top eventually, but we scrape it off and it is fine, we have also put it in ice cube trays and frozen it in portions and that works well.
