I started taking these about 5 months ago, and they really do make your hair grow. With myself between a bad covid experience, and iron deficiency it left with once long beautiful natural hair to hair breaking off and thinning. I started taking these gummies, and after 3 months I noticed my hair growing. Now my hair has got a little thicker where it was thining. But do note these gummies aren't gonna cure your hair thinning, but if it's length it will grow. I'm not just saying this because I will not write a positive review if the product doesn't do what it says. Not only that I have no side effects and I like the taste of them. So if your looking for longer hair give them a try. You should see some results in 3 months or you may not everyone's situation is different. I do see results in my own hair!! โค๏ธ๐

Iโm pretty sure these are effective. Iโve tried other hair pills and nothing happened. With these my hair grew some and so did my nails. The taste is pretty good and the texture is normal and not gritty. Itโs a good value.

These work. I have taken them in gummy or capsule form for years. Whenever I take a break from them I notice my nails start splitting and breaking. Within six weeks of restarting them my nails noticeably improve. The option to take them on gummy form is great. They taste good.
