Here's a shorter version: This ice machine works great and shaves ice perfectly for Icees and snow cones. The included cups and scooper are a nice bonus, and they're dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Just make sure the top is on correctly before using it, or it won't shave the ice. It took me a while to figure out because it was not in the manual. Overall, I'm very happy with it!

It was good for the price but can’t make but so much before it starts acting up

Cute and works great! The kids love it!

Works absolutely amazing! Bought for my sons open house and it was a great hit! My family loved it. It's super easy to use, just put the ice in! Very easy to clean also. Definitely would recommend.

Works great! My grandkids and I enjoyed snow cone at home with ice my freezer automatically makes. My 4 yr old grandson asked if these were the same snow cones from the soccer field "cuz they taste like it"... the ones I pay $7 for each!! I bought the Hawaiian snow cone syrup variety pack...yum yum

Mi maquina me llego en el tiempo acordado, en perfectas condiciones, muy bonita, funciona muy bien, lo regale a mi hija y quedo muy contenta, siempre bajo la supervisión de un adulto será un producto recomendado para que los niños preparen raspados.

My kids absolutely love this (the adults too) We bought this as a birthday gift for our daughter and used it the first time at her birthday party. Since then we have used this dozens of times. Sometimes it takes a minute to get the ice to shave right but once you have a groove it fills quick and fills a lot. We typically run through around 30 snow cones in a sitting. Never had any issues with the motor or leaks. Its not crazy bulky for storage and the fact that it holds a couple cones is a handy feature. Probably one of the best things we ever bought off amazon

Excelente produto!

Regalo para mi nieta de cumpleaños 🎁 Es un regalo precioso, le va a encantar!!! Es un juguete fino, con acabados hermosos, espero que funcione y esos raspados sean una delicia 😋

item works great as advertised. I think it's over-sized, it takes too much space considering I don't shave that much ice. plastic case is weak, most parts are plastic. I should have bought the metal ice shaver which is smaller in size and more durable. because the clear case has s small door and can't be removed, it's very hard to clean it or dry it off after each use. if I purchased a smaller unit that doesn't come with a case, it would be easier to clean and easier to use. I could hardly fit my small hands inside the door to retrieve the ice, so if you have bigger hands you may struggle a little bit to remove the ice. I have an ice maker which produces smaller cubes of ice,and it works fine using smaller cubes. I have not tried the unit on larger cubes. The ice shaving is fine, and not coarse as shown in the picture of the product. I don't think you can use over sized ice cubes or pucks. I have seen other smaller units on amazon that allows you to use larger pucks of ice, where you can freeze water in a bowl and use one large piece of ice however you can't do that with this units. I would definitely not purchase again, and I would purchase a smaller unit, that would allow me to use larger ice pucks, so I just have to wait until it breaks so I can buy a different ice shaver
