2 Still Point Inducers, 2 Pound

I was suffering from facial tightness and slight numbness and had seen multiple neurologists and doctors and gone for several MRI's - nothing could be found to explain why I was having numbness sensations. Chiropractic didn't work, although I persisted with it for 6 months and spent a lot of money on it. I purchased this in total desperation as I had been (and still am) trying absolutely everything to ease this weird facial sensation, and I now use these 4 times a day and I am finally finding relief. I went days on end with no problems at all after using this for a few weeks, and then after a few days of not being consistent over Thanksgiving break with using 4 times a day some problems started to return. It takes some getting used to, so work up to it and don't try to use for 20 minutes first up, but I find if I skip using this my facial sensations return. It appears to help with whatever is causing my problems, it has also made me look into cranial sacral therapy after using this, which I have also found to be useful. I play meditation music as I use this and if nothing else, this is causing me to relax and calm myself down which is eliminating the tenseness I carry in my face which ultimately must be causing the tightness and numbness. I think this is a good addition to daily meditation, if you have this in the right spot it helps clear sinuses and blocked ears also.

I learned to use a Still Point Inducer years ago in a Cranial Sacral class, but lost mine moving. It is still the same quality and works very well. Nice to be able to get the same qualty relacement.

I use this myself and in my massage therapy practice. Works well at softening the muscles at the cranial base & relieves most tension & migraine headaches along with craniosacral therapy. I have my clients use it between therapy sessions to promote over-all reduction in muscle tone, so they can go longer between visits. Yes, its a wonderful tool.

A friend recommended this for tension and as a stress reducer. I know everyone is different, but the pressure points actually helped relax me and after ten minutes or so I was so relaxed that I was able to fall asleep shortly after. I am going to use it for meditation and occasionally before I go to bed if I can't sleep or feel stressed. I purchased a second one for another friend who suffers from migraines...at least to try. I have been using these for several years; I bring one to yoga during our five-minute ending and it breaks up the knot at the back of your head. I leave one by my bed and lay on it a few nights a week for just a few minutes. I actually fall asleep. It works great and I highly recommend it if you have tension at the base of your skull.

If you suffer from headaches, or any body aches, this still point inducer will be a miracle for you. I have both more frequent headaches and general body aches, and this product has helped me tremendously to relieve the pain I was feeling. I like to use it at night before bed. It really helps your body relax and puts your body into a self healing mode. Upledger, really knew what he was talking about. You won't be disappointed with this purchase, I guarantee it. But be faithful in using it regularly. I like that it is easy to travel with. If you spend long hours at the computer, this will help too. I highly recommend this product, it has been a small miracle for me.
