Zero stars. Did not work at all. We tried everything.

Does not screw on to jug so it can pop off very easily. The straw is far too long for the jug.

I needed this pump ASAP to go with the jar of cream that I bought along with it. The cream is fine The Box was fine this pump was cracked and had to be already cracked before it went into the box. I don't have time to fool around and return it so I guess I'm just making do with an $8 pump that is cracked. $8 piece of plastic way over priced to begin with but you got to do what you got to do.

They work good for thick liquids. However they aren’t long enough to reach the bottom of my bottles

It did not work. The tube was too long, so we had to cut some 9f it off. Then because of how thick the material is, it was nearly impossible to screw the pump lid onto the container. It would have been easier to screw on if the pump was centered in the lid. And finally, the pump was not capable of pumping this thick material at all! But it looks nice.

This pump will not work without the tube that goes into the cream.

I have purchased this pump twice. The first time I received the wrong part. The second time, I received a part that appeared to fit the 1/2 gallon jar, but does not pump anything. Very disappointed.

This product did not fit my 1/2 gallon jar. I got a massage cream from the same brand as the pump. And the pump was a few cm off. Very disappointing
