Incredibly Quiet - Exactly What I Wanted
I'm not going to pretend these are the best fans out there, but these are definitely the best fans I've personally used, and for the price, I honestly can't imagine any other fans doing better. I've been using the stock fans in my case and on my AIO watercooling block from the beginning in a Thermaltake case decked out for silence above all else. It certainly wasn't silent, but it was quiet enough that I didn't want to waste money buying something that might not potentially be quieter anyway. That is, until one of the motors in one of my fans started going out, making a constant high-pitched chirping sound that cut through all background noise despite not being all that loud. Anyway, after a bit of research (and not wanting to spend $30 on each individual fan to get the "best"), I found these, and I absolutely could not be happier. Now my computer is quieter than the fan in my router. The loudest thing in my case is now my AIO pump. I don't like to use superlatives like "silent", since no fan in motion IS, but I can no longer tell if my computer is even on from fan noise. This is as close to silent as I have ever experienced and could EVER possibly need. Pros: -PWM ramps up or down based on need -Unbelievably quiet (literally - I didn't believe they were spinning at first) -Fantastic price for a 5-pack -Each fan has a daisy-chain connection to add more PWM fans to each motherboard header (although the other fans just mimic the primary's speed) -Good static pressure (push/pull config keeps my AIO at least as cool as before and makes less noise at full power than the old ones did idling) Cons: -Max speed isn't too high, so you're trading a bit less noise for a bit less cooling - Minor, since my CPU never cracked 70 in a handbrake encode on years-old thermal paste. Still, with a bit more speed, these could be both quiet and powerhouses Overall: I am beyond pleased with this purchase, and cannot believe I waited this long to make the switch. I was even able to turn off my sound card's noise reduction while voice chatting with friends (they thought I got a better mic, haha). I'm still using one old 3-pin fan in my case since I needed 6, but I'm fine with that running at full blast since it cools the HDD cage. If you're still using stock fans, have a few PWM headers on your motherboard, and enjoy silence, it's definitely worth trying these fans out. For less than the price of a single top-end NH fan, a 5-pack of these things does an undeniably stellar job.

Fans that give you more than what you paid for!
These fans are a true steal at the price they are being sold at and the quality that comes with them. When I first saw the packaging for these fans, it was obvious to me that Arctic puts more thought into these fans than the marketing that most manufacturers do with their boxes and other packaging materials. The fans come in a plain brown box with enough information about the product and that's pretty much it so kudos to Arctic for that. When I took 1 of the fans out to see and feel the quality, I noticed that they really did feel like quality fans and they had a nice hefty and durable feel to them. Nothing on the fan looked cheap nor did it look like Arctic cheapened out anywhere on the fans. The thing that I really noticed was that the cable on the fans were black and not ketchup & mustard sleeves! Thank you Arctic for understand us pc builders! Something that is worth noting is that the fans have a 4-pin PWM plug AND adapter at the end so you can actually daisy chain them should you choose. For me personally, I don't like having the adapter end hanging off to the side of the plug since it creates something extra that I have to cable manage but that's just me and does not, in any way, make the overall product bad. They perform really well with pushing and pulling air around the inside of my pc and are near dead silent when I'm idle on my desktop. I'm not going to test how they sound during gaming because with game sounds going through my headphones, fan noise won't be audible. One thing that I would like to see in the future with these fans are black screws. Yes, the look of the screws won't matter at all in terms of performance, but it would make the overall aesthetics a bit nicer on a computer case.

Quiet and Cool—A Great Fan Pack!
The ARCTIC P12 PWM PST (5 Pack) is a solid choice if you want to keep your PC cool without the noise. These fans are impressively quiet while still delivering excellent airflow, which helps keep your system running smoothly. They’re easy to install and do a great job of maintaining optimal temperatures. If you’re looking for reliable cooling that won’t disrupt your gaming or work sessions with loud fan noise, this pack is definitely worth it. Great performance and quiet operation—what more could you ask for?

Would absolutely buy again. Excellent quality for the money is a sea of overpriced fans.
These fans are certainly top quality. Low noise, excellent fit. Love the connectivity and cable management, no RGB makes cable management very easy. I use these fans with 2 different radiators and the fan controls the speed perfectly.

Solid for the Price with Quirks
I picked up this 5-pack to replace the four 120mm fans that came with my DARKROCK Classico Storage Master case. The stock fans were basic DC-controlled 3-pin ones, so they pretty much ran at full speed all the time and got noticeably loud, especially since my system stays on 24/7. Swapped in four of these ARCTIC P12s and mounted the fifth as an extra exhaust at the top rear (the case has the spots for it and it fit great). What a nice upgrade. Right away, everything runs so much quieter. At idle or light loads, you barely hear them – they even stop spinning completely sometimes. When I'm pushing the system with heavy tasks that drive up CPU and NVIDIA GPU temps, they ramp up smoothly, move a ton of air, and keep things under control without turning into a wind tunnel. CPU, GPU, and drive temps all dropped 5-8°C, and the whole setup feels cooler and calmer. The daisy-chain PST feature is handy for cleaner cabling, though the routing felt a bit tight in my case at first – took a little tweaking to get it neat, but once I adapted it, the wiring looks way better with less mess behind the motherboard. One minor downside I've noticed on a couple of mine is a slight low hum or vibration at certain mid-range speeds. It's not bad, and you can avoid it by adjusting the fan curve, but in a silent room it stands out a bit. That's why I'm giving it four stars instead of five. Still, fantastic bang-for-buck on a 5-pack of reliable, no-nonsense fans. No RGB or extras, just great cooling performance. If your case came with older DC fans, these are an easy and worthwhile swap. Recommend.

Arrived broken, but replacement within 24 hours satisfactory
UPDATED: I ordered a 5-pack of Arctic P12 PWM PST 120mm fans. All 5 fans were broken on arrival. I sent them back in exchange for working ones, which Amazon delivered within 24 hours. The replacement fans are in perfect condition. I also ordered a single Arctic P12 Silent 120mm fan that arrived in new condition. All 6 fans passed some basic testing, and seem to be functioning normally. Very quiet! Once I get them installed, I'll do some more tests, and I will update this review. UPDATE: I've been daily driving these fans for a few days now. I switched to the Arctic P12s from the stock CUK fans that came with my CUK case. Those old fans were 1500 RPM, and were extremely loud, even at lower RPMs. My initial observation was that these P12 fans are much quieter, which is surprising, considering they spin up to about 1800 RPM. P12s seem to be moving air very effectively. I installed three of the P12 PWM fans in the front of the case as intake, and two of the fans in the roof of the case as exhaust, pushing air through a Lian-Li Galahad 240mm AIO radiator. I 3D printed some gaskets with TPU to fit between the fans and the radiator to maximize airflow efficiency. I installed the single P12 Silent (not PWM, locked at ~1000 RPM) as an exhaust in the rear of the case. I noticed that the P12 motors are much smaller than the motors of most other fans that I've used. This led me to some other observations: The first is that, because the motor is smaller, the fan blades can can be much larger and more efficient; they can scoop more air. Also, because the motor is smaller, it takes noticeably longer for the fan to spin up. This means that the change in fan noise volume is gradual, and therefore is inherently less noticeable and less disruptive. As far as performance goes, the P12s are managing my temps just fine, both moving the hot air coming from the air-cooled GPU out of the case, and also pushing air through the AIO, keeping the CPU cool; at 100% load and 100% fans, my overclocked Ryzen 7 3700x eventually settles in at around 86°C, and my overclocked EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3 settles in at about 77°C. Ambient temp is about 21°C. Not too bad at all. All of this is subjective, I know, but I figured I would note it. Some reviewers say that there is some vibration that is audible at certain RPMs. I do hear it, it is there, but I really don't think that it is a deal breaker for me, especially considering the volume of the old fans that I am coming from. The P12s are very very quiet. I may 3d print more gaskets for the other 3 fans to see if that makes any difference in the noise. I'll report on that if I ever get around to it. For now, it's really not bothering me. Overall, I love them!

Good value, great performance, quiet.
This review is for a 5-Pack of Arctic P12 PWM fans. Price when purchased was $27.99 I used all five of these fans on a new PC build. Two of them went in tandem on a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler. The others are used in various places in the case. These are pressure-optimized fans. Think of that as a lower gear. They don't move as much air as some others, but in a constricted environment, like a CPU case, they provide more air pressure. They are best used as case intake fans or with a CPU cooler. You may wish to use a flow-optimized fan for an exhaust fan. Using two of these fans in a push-pull configuration on a Hyper 212 Evo heat sink turns it into a $100 cooler (they are really good coolers for $35 normally). It absolutely handles a 9700K with no problem at all. I thought I'd try it, but was sure I'd have to upgrade the cooler. It's impossible to get the CPU over 75C without cranking in more voltage than I'm comfortable with. My highest stress test was all-core 5.2ghz and only then did temps approach 90C. Very impressive. Under normal operation the fans are silent. As I type the two fans on the CPU are only running at 700RPM, the others at 1000. Again you really have to stress the CPU to even hear them at all. By that I mean run a program that intentionally pegs all cores at 100% constantly. I don't even hear the computer while gaming. When shopping around I found that you can actually pay $25 or more each for so called "quiet" fans. I don't think they can get much quieter than these that cost less than a quarter that. If your building a system you should consider using these for all your intake fans and CPU cooler fans if you need them. Perhaps a high CFM fan for the exhaust would be more appropriate. Cons: No flashy lights. (If you consider that a con, I don't)

I chose this over NF-A12x25, but
Pros: great value, hard-to-notice noise when running a single fan Cons: Flimsy fan blade, vertical vibration, no rubber pad dampening, when running multiple fans the noise can get uncomfortable The noise profile of this fan, compared to other 7- or 9-bladed fan designs, is very different. The pitch is much lower than the other fans such that human ears are less sensitive to these sounds. Nevertheless, while running one fan is great, when you run 5 of these altogether the noise will be substantial and you will notice them. It will give you some sort of discomfort and when you turn them off you will notice how quite the room is without them. There is perceivable vertical vibration. I had to DIY some fan shroud out of some EVA foams. It reduced the noise by a few dBs. Also, the P-Q curve of this fan is somewhat questionable. When compared against that of NF-A12x25 it basically wins on the static pressure side. However, when I run them side by side I feel much less wind coming from the Arctic fan. Even with this I still chose this over the Noctua. It is not much worse and provides much better value.

They just keep going and going.
I love Arctic fans and their other products as well, always top quality for a good price. I get these packs for every computer I build. Never had a single failure.
