No, you can’t. Audio out is either by 3mm jack plug or fm radio signal. USB is only used to provide power to the receiver.

Can it stream music from deezer?

It can stream music from streaming services like Spotify so i guess it would do deezer as well

Does this require a phone at all times to play anything?

No phone required. Just plug it in and play. It takes 5 mins to set up and a bit longer to fit the arial to the windscreen. The sound quality is brilliant and it's worth every penny.
