Hi, So i can add this to my vibe 65.4 amp that runs my front and rear speakers in my e60. Can i split the power and run both floor subs on the 400.1?

Yes that is the recommended solution for the E60. We recommend upgrading to the VIBE BMW Optisound speakers. Coaxial, component’s and under floor speakers are all fully available for the E60.

I have a single rca subwoofer output on my head unit do i need a splitter or will the amp run off a solo input?

You'll need a splitter, amazon do a 'basics' version which works fine.

Can this amp run from the fuse board using a piggy back? Going into a Boxster and running power from the battery is very difficult

Yes you can in theory but this little amp can pull some decent wattage at 1ohm so always use the biggest power cable you can,I know some of those piggyback fuse holders can use 16g wire or thinner on the output side which I wouldn’t be happy at pulling 30A current for any length of time
