It really is 1/2" thick and built really well. It's the perfect start for a custom skid steer quick attachment that needs to be heavy duty. Quick shipping and feels like a bargain for the amount of steel you get at the price.

Perfect and can't beat the price

Great product fits well. Only complaint I have is at the bottom for pins to lock into are cut out before being bent without relief notch causes the edges to tear but less that 1 min with a welder an was good to go. Well worth the money. I honestly don’t know if I could build it myself cheaper than buying it premade with owning a fab shop.

This was the greatest mounting place I've ever seen before. It is the best one I've ever heard of. 1/2 inch plate is the most heavy duty mounting bracket I've ever had. I had a 8mm or 5/16 mounting bracket on my plow last year. At the end of the season last year I was trying to push some wet slush and it completely blew apart. It was destroyed repairable. So now I have this new bracket and my plow assembly is welded on and I'm confident that it will never happen again.
