Lesim made a great design
I've ordered 30+ switches (motion, 3-way, 3-gang, 2-gang) from Lesim, so I may be able to provide the most comprehensive review. I'm very satisfied with most of them, but I am quite frustrated with the 3-way ones. ISSUE WITH the 3-way ones: They sent random good/bad items and you never know if you're getting a good one before you order... I ordered a total of FIVE 3-way switches from Lesim; only TWO of them are good and have the right functionalities, and the other THREE have missing functions. In particular, TWO missed the functions of (1) delayed close, (2) timer close, (3) relay status change --- to set the switch's status when power goes off then on; (4) grouping with other switches, and another ONE misses the function of (1) and (2) above. Only the TWO out of FIVE have all the functionalities (1,2,3,4). I need a total of THREE only, so I kept ordering and hoping that I can receive the good ones, but unfortunately I couldn't... I managed to return two of them... At this point, in principle I could keep re-ordering + return until I receive a good one, but I lost the patience and also don't want the seller feel that I'm abusing the return policy.... SELLER, if you see this, I hope you can reach out to me for a replacement of a good 3-way switch with all the functions above. I like your products in general (see stories below), but am so frustrated with the 3-way ones. ===================================================== BIGGER PICTURE. I spent dozens of hours and from hundreds of brands why do I choose Lesim? It's not the cheapest one, but I cannot see any other brand matching my need. I see that Lesim PUTS EFFORTS on the design and does the RIGHT THING, comparing to most other brands. I have some special needs: (1) I badly need Smart Life app because I can easily integrate with my other devices. (2) I want all switches to come from the same brand, so they not only look the same, but also I can easily group them when needed and control better; Lesim happens to provide just everything, motion, 3-way, 3-gang, etc. (3) Most importantly, I was searching for switches whose thickness is as thin as possible; and the 3-way ones from Lesim are of 1.1in think, which STANDS OUT among all the smart switches I can find. Based on these three reasons, I found Lesim is my top choice. Generally, I can happily report that nearly all the switches I received work extremely well. Let me summarize my findings. (A) the traditional switches DO have the functions of delayed close, timer close, relay status change, and grouping. Perhaps the only downside is that max number of min for delayed close is only 1hour --- sometimes I want more but this is a minor issue. (B) the motion sensor ones also work great. Its sensor can be turned off and the switch becomes a traditional smart switch. It has some very minor limitations in my mind. (1) no relay status setting, (2) if the sensor function is turned off, then one cannot set "delayed close", (3) one can only scenes like "if switch is turned on, then blabla"; instead, one may hope to do "if motion is sensed, then blabla". In the latter case one can turn the device into a security sensor in the day time. Once again, the max delayed close is only 60min. (C) the 3-way switches, if you receive a good one, will also have the right functionalities (delayed close, timer close, relay status, grouping) just like traditional ones, and can be grouped with traditional ones. Unfortunately, as I said above, you may not receive a good one. In any case, I'm happy to report that for BOTH good and bad ones, THEY ARE REAL 3-way switches: meaning that if you switch on/off the second traditional switch in the other end of your 3-way loop, then this Lesim 3-way smart one will correctly detect it, and turn its indicator light green->red or red->green, and also change status in the app. In other words, if you say "hey google turn off BLA" where BLA is a Lesim 3-way switch, you will never worry about turning it accidentally on. (D) Cover panel plates. Oh, this is another issue. If you order 3-gang or 2-gang, then the cover plate has two pieces, an inner and an outer piece. If you later want to open up your switch box for repairs, then you can easily put a flat head screw driver between the two pieces, slightly turn it, to separate the inner/outer pieces safely. In contrast, for the single / 3-way / motion-sensor switches, their cover panel plate is a single-piece. This means if latter you want to remove the plate, you have to put your flat-head screwdriver between the plate and the WALL, and then pull out the plate with a strong force. This way you almost surely destroy the paint on the wall.... I ended up just using traditional cover plates for all my single switches, and discarded all the Lesim ones for this reason. (E) Setup connections. I have 50+ WIFI devices at home and still it's extremely quick to set up single/2-gang/3-gang switches. Smart life just quickly finds them without me even clicking the + button. Somehow weirdly, for the 3-way / motion sensor switches, I have to manually lick the + button which takes a little longer. For the motion-sensor switches, it usually takes a long time --- I may have to reset it several times, sometimes changing from rapid blinking to slow blinking (a direct connect mode) multiple times before the app can find it. But this is a once-for-a-life thing so not a big issue. (F) I can report that just by holding the button on the switch, one can easily reset it. Some other brands require you to turn off and on your main power switch in order to reset --- which is ridiculous. Disclaimer: so far I have used the switches only for a few weeks. I cannot tell if they will last long, but all of them do work right out of the box. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. Just for the 3-way switches I own, two are them are good and one has missing functions. This is the longest review I have ever written, and this is my way to show my gratitude towards Lesim: you made a great design --- perhaps not perfect (see my suggestions above), but it outperforms most brands I have seen.

Jarvis, turn on the patio
Product Review: Smart Light Switch 3 Gang Smart Switch I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Smart Light Switch 3 Gang Smart Switch, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of ease of installation, connectivity, and overall functionality. Here's my review of this impressive smart switch. First and foremost, the installation process for the Smart Light Switch was a breeze. With clear instructions and a user-friendly design, I was able to replace my existing switch without any hassle. The switch fit perfectly into the wall plate, and the included screws and wiring caps made the installation even easier. Even for someone with minimal electrical experience, I found the installation process straightforward and stress-free. Connecting the switch to the accompanying app was equally as seamless. By following the provided instructions, I was able to establish a connection between the switch and my smartphone within minutes. The app itself was intuitive and user-friendly, allowing me to control the switch effortlessly. When setting schedules, the app provided a range of features that made managing my lights a breeze. The sleek design of the Smart Light Switch also deserves a mention. Its modern and minimalistic look blends seamlessly with my home decor, adding a touch of sophistication to my living space. The switch itself feels sturdy and well-made, and the responsive touch buttons provide a satisfying tactile experience. When it comes to controlling the switch with the app, I found the experience to be smooth and hassle-free. Whether I was turning the lights on and off remotely or setting up conditional schedules, the app responded promptly without any glitches or delays. The connection remained stable, allowing me to control the switch reliably from anywhere within the world. One aspect worth noting is that the Smart Light Switch 3 Gang Smart Switch requires a stable 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi connection to function properly. So, it's important to ensure that your home network is reliable for a seamless experience. In conclusion, the Smart Light Switch 3 Gang Smart Switch is a top-notch product that delivers on its promises. The easy installation process, seamless app connectivity, and stylish design make it a standout choice for anyone looking to upgrade their home lighting system. Controlling the switch through the app was effortless and glitch-free, enhancing the convenience and versatility of my lighting setup. If you're in the market for a reliable and aesthetically pleasing smart switch, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

Instructions and website are the Achilles heel of this product
The installation was simple, it replaced an electronic timer that was near impossible to program. Remember that Line is your power to the switch. Load is whatever you're delivering power to. Neutral should be a white wire and ground is either green or bare. Website complaint: since the instructions were so tiny I hoped to follow the programming and Google linkup instructions on their website. One of their websites has nothing of value, another you have to choose English or German first. I chose English and went to instructions to integrate Google Home and program. The image with instructions is in German?! Ok, so I'll program it using the instructions. I get out my magnifying glass and attempt to set a daily program, useless. So let's just go through the steps on my phone. I pressed the icon for the switch and get to a program with 'open & close', why not call it off and on? In electrical terms open means off, and closed means on. Apparently not with this company. I tried both approaches and it never worked. Then somehow I backed out to where there was a Home button with Scenes (?) next to it. I opened it and programming was breeze. Using the open/close way is not intuitive at all and never worked. And as far as someone mentioning a help number, I never saw one. So how can this experience be improved? A: write instructions large enough so an aging population can read them. B: Provide a website that has detailed instructions in English. How hard is that?

Smart and inteligent product
“I purchased this smart WiFi switch and I must say it’s an excellent option. Being able to turn my lights on and off directly from my phone is incredibly convenient. It was easy to set up and works perfectly. I’m very happy with this product and highly recommend it!”

The switch works only sometimes
The only thing you want a smart switch to do is at least to be as good as an old mechanical switch. You expect from a switch to consistently and instantly turn the light on and off as soon as you press it. This one doesn't. It's been working pretty much normally for a while, but in recent days it's only working sometimes. Sometimes I press the switch and it turns the light on or off, but sometimes it takes a few seconds or it just does nothing. It seems to depend on both the internet connection and the Smartlife services to be working fine. That is a stupid design flaw that speaks for the bad quality of the product. I don't want to lose the ability to switch lights on and off from the wall switch just because my internet connection isn't working well or if Smartlife's services aren't working well. Do not buy this product.

GREAT PRODUCT
Came quick and installation was easy once I figured out that there was a common wire in use because the particular light fixture was being controlled by 2 switches. Also there was some weird wiring going on in the junction box; homebuilders do some weird stuff. Back to the product, it got installed and was functioning with smart life and Alexa in less than 15 minutes. I now have 1 single light switch and this double light switch plus several (7/8) remote wall socket switches working in the house. I have noticed some random disturbances with other items such as one of my ceiling fans randomly turns on, I have read up about this and have to change the frequency of the remote to the fan but I just haven't gotten around to it yet as it is not a major nuisance. Overall works great, do not attempt to install if you are not familiar with working with electricity. The switch controls my kitchen nook chandelier and the outside back patio lights 😎😁

A Good Affordable Smart Switch
It was somewhat difficult to install because of the wiring size already in the house and that it did not easily insert into the switch. My wiring also did not use a ground or neutral so I had to ferret out those wires. Once installed it took a few tries but I was able to connect to my Wi-Fi (turn off the 2G/5G network and run 2G only until you connect and then you can turn 2G/5G back on once connected). Connect each switch one at a time (I had 2 and 3 switch packages) to keep it simple. Once connected and configured it works perfectly with Alexa, Google Home and the Smart Switch app. It does not connect to HomeKit. Overall I am pleased with the switches and would recommend them. My switches control outside/inside fan lights, fans (on/off) and outside security lights - which is what I was looking for since I did not want to install smart bulbs in all light fixtures.

Decent enough but not durable
These were fairly easy to install and the Alexa integration was not too difficult. After about 10 months of use, however, the manual switches don’t respond reliably. You can still control them with Alexa but you can press them manually several times and nothing will happen. I’m slowly replacing all of theses with Lutron switches. You get what you pay for on these. The Lutrons are more expensive but I installed several of those at the some time as these and they still work flawlessly (and look nicer too). Also, the red light for on and green light for off is weird. I could deal with that if they worked for more than a year, but they don’t.
