Edit#2: customer service was great. Sent me a replacement no charge. And it does work better. It seems the first one I bought was defective, or made defective during transit somehow. The objects I magnetize actually pick up or stick. And seem to work exactly as described. However, I was hoping for a more powerful magnetizer/de-magnetizer. Its not problem with the item. I just need to search for one more suited for my applications. As it stands now I would in fact recommend this product for the smallest of around the house uses. If u have bigger needs, look for a stronger one. Edit#1: they are sending a replacement. I will update when it gets here. Had the magnetizer for a couple months now. Tried anyway I could think of to makenit work. I have a key ring the size of a dime. And its not even strong enough to pick itself up. Won't even stick to the fridge. I do not recommend this product at this time.

Fine Tool, No Instructions
The tool works as advertised; however, simple as it is, it would benefit from use instructions.

Simple, inexpensive, must have tool!
I purchased this last year, because it was mentioned on a podcast. I thought it was a must have tool, so I bought some more for inexpensive novelty Xmas gifts last December. They were such a hit, I bought several more for X-mas 2025. I like mine, and the giftees like theirs too. On the downside, I've bought so many that I don't know who all I have given them to. I'll have to come up with a different inexpensive gift for next year. I've been using mine for about a year and a half. I recommend it! I'll buy a couple of extras for ME to have in different places around the house.

Not worth to buy , magnetizing is not good
The magnetizing effects is poor. it does not last either.

What I cannot say is how long this will last: how many times it will work. If it poops out inna year or less as I use it, I WILL edit this review!
