Goodthreads Men's Slim-Fit Wool Blazer

I'm glad I took a chance on this jacket. The fabric, construction, and fit is high quality. It's a great jacket to add a little style when you're mixing casual with a little class.

For the price, this coat is pretty well made. Fits perfectly and looks nice. I would recommend it. The only downside is that the inside doesn’t have a full liner, so it’s more of a casual coat.

I get a lot of compliments on this Jacket. An older gentlemen approached me at a restaurant last night just to ask where I got it. He was expecting me to say I got it from an upscale haberdasher in town. He was floored when I told him I got it from Amazon. He was even more floored when I told him what I paid for it. I ordered a Large. I'm 6'1", 185 ish lbs. It is a tad tight, but I look good in it :) It is a slim fit - fits pretty well if I hadn't just eaten a lot of pasta.

Ordered a large and it runs a little small which takes away from the length. It would be nice if the manufacturer would list chest size numbers instead of small, medium, large, etc. and also offer standard and long lengths.

Well made heavy weight wool (57% wool) sports jacket. Normally wear a Medium (40) in sports jackets. From reading reviews I purchased a large. It fits perfect as a slim fit jacket. Worth the price, but buy one size up. I can wear sweater/vest/hoodie under this.

I bought this in large and it was too wide in the body. Sleeves are a tad short in Medium, but fits like a glove on me. Kept the Medium and it looks great. Pair this with the Amazon Essential Skinny Chino and the Amazon Oxford long sleeve in blue and you’ve got a nice casual look. Layer with a beige V-Neck sweater on chilly days.

Good looking, good price. Only downsides it’s more on the slim side than expected and heavier material then anticipated. Something between a typical wool sport coat and a wool outer coat

There is not much movement allowed in the shoulder. Can't raise my arm even 10 degree. The whole coat bumps up. I think is due to the thickness of the fabric which they didn't change the shape of the coat accordingly. Armhole is enough but the shoulder issue isn't just me, I give it to everyone I know to try them on. It the shoulder width fits, they can't raise arm. If they can raise arm, the width is too wide and looks funny.

Der passable Herren-Blazer in dunklem Navy-Blau dessen Obermaterial aus 57 % Wolle, 42 % Polyester und aus 1 % "anderer Fasern" besteht hält das Versprechen ein unkompliziertes (solange es nicht an die Reinigung geht) und smartes Kleidungsstück zu sein. Der den Körper betonende Schnitt des Modells in Größe "M" sitzt an einem schlanken Mann mit Körpergröße 175 cm gerade richtig was die Ärmel und die Länge bis leicht über die Hüfte anbelangt. Der Sitz am Oberkörper ist durch den Slim-Fit-Schnitt den Körper/Brustbereich betonend. Wer in etwa die gleiche Körpergröße aber kräftiger gebaut ist greift zu einer Nummer größer. Das Obermaterial ist trotz der Wolle glatt und kratzt nicht, von statischen Aufladungen kann bisher (2 x getragen) nicht die Rede sein (vielleicht steht die statische Aufladung im Zusammenhang mit den Schuhsohlen...). Die Ärmel sind mit jeweils 4 Knöpfen bestückt die mehr der Zierde dienen als dass man sie betätigen muss, die vordere Leiste hat 2 Knöpfe und vorne 2 offene Taschen links und rechts sowie eine weitere schmalere links oben zu bieten. Auf der Rückseite unten hat der Blazer von "Goodthreads" (Amazon Eigenmarke) einen noch vernähten Schlitz der leicht zu öffnen ist. Das Innenmaterial ist von verschiedenen Stoffen geprägt. Das Hauptteilfutter aus 100 % Baumwolle sticht aus einer Farbmischung dunkles Grün, Schwarz und Blau in kariertem Muster hervor und deckt den Bereich des oberen Rückens unterhalb des Kragens ab. Aus 100 % glattem schwarzem Polyester sind die Innenärmel ausgekleidet was das Anziehen des Blazer vereinfacht. Beidseitig innen und in Brusthöhe finden sich 2 offene Eingriffe. Insgesamt ist der sorgfältig und ohne Makel gearbeitete Blazer wegen seines dichten und fast schon dicken Stoffmix bei kühler Witterung zu tragen, denn er wärmt und ist zudem relativ schwer. Mann schaut auch ohne eine Stoffhose und ohne Oberhemd und nur mit einem Shirt und einer Jeans bekleidet gut darin aus. Das Tragegefühl kann als "robust" und angenehm bezeichnet werden. Laut eingenähtem Waschzettel darf Wolle weder in der Maschine gewaschen, noch in einen Trockner gegeben oder gebügelt werden. Sollten grobe Verschmutzungen vorliegen dürfte jedoch ein Schonwaschgang mit einem geeigneten Woll-Waschmittel bei höchstens 20°, keinem Schleudergang und einer niedrigen Drehzahl den auf links gewendeten Blazer wieder in Form bringen. Sinkt die Außentemperatur auf unter 0° kann er auch über Nacht nach draußen gehängt werden um etwaige Gerüche zu entfernen. Ansonsten genügt ein Abbürsten und Lüften völlig um das gute Stück in Form zu halten. Die Möglichkeit ihn mit einem Frischetuch dennoch in einem Wäschetrockner bei nicht zu großer Hitze wieder duftig zu bekommen soll dabei nicht unerwähnt bleiben.

Very good quality of the fabric and fit to me. One thing should be noted, fabric is little bit thick and keep you warm. if you want to wear it in northern countries, it is suitable you. But you cannot wear it in hot regions such as Dubai and Thailand.

Perfetto il tessuto, bella la fodera scozzese, giusta la taglia, incredibile il prezzo. I capi goodthreads sono stufefacenti. Ottima Amazon.

I'm very satisfied with this jacket. My only other comment is if you have large arms you would be better to get the next size up.
