This bulb says it comes with a 1 year guarantee how can I even contact the seller since mine has only lasted 3 months?

I use this on my aquatic turtles. It's honestly not very sensitive to humidity because there is no top on the tank and it is literally right above the filter. I've had mine 1 year now. If you need to return it, select it from "My Orders" scroll down a little and you will see "return" and hit "return". Or contact Amazon. Whichever is easiest for you.

How am I supposed to know if you sent the right size bulb when there is no markings on the box or the bulb to tell me how many Watts it is I sure hope
