How does this work for 50's plus skin?

I am 59 and have been using this product for 10+ years. I have sensitive, fair skin with rosacea. I use the "natural ivory" shade. This is the best foundation I have found that works so well for me. It is not too drying, goes on smoothly, provides decent coverage, and is not too heavy or cakey. I do apply a very light facial moisturizer prior to applying this foundation. This is a great product!

If I use the skin clearing makeup right now, would this product be a good transition if I want something that lasts longer?

I have used Neutrogena Healthy Skin for several years. I put in on at 4:00 AM and it stays on till 4:00 PM. If you are outside in the sun it will fade as most any other makeup will fade.

Does Neutrogena have a compatible bronzer for this

Been using Neutrogena makeup FOR EVER!! You can use any brand of bronzer. I've used many. You don't have to be matchy matchy.

why is this color more expensive than the rest...
