LEZYNE Classic Tubeless Bike Tire Repair Kit

This tire puncture repair kit from Lezyne is pretty nice! The tool itself looks high quality and feels pretty nice in the hand. It's actually fairly compact and light, great for carrying this toolkit in your backpack when trail riding. The box is big enough to carry extra tire repair patches for tubes. I'll definitely be carrying this kit around on my MTB bike rides.

The LEZYNE Classic Tubeless Kit is a nice little repair kit. The kit includes a clear plastic case w/an instructional decal on the cover, 5 repair plugs (bacon strips) & a sturdy T-handle aluminum tool for prepping & inserting the plugs. The plastic case measures 3.25inx1.75inx0.8in (8.25cmx4.5cmx2cm), the T-handle tool weighs 1oz (28g) & the total weight of the entire kit is 1.7oz (48g). The only issue I found w/the kit is that the bacon strips are only sandwiched between 2 pieces of plastic. I would prefer them in a sealed or resealable bag, so that’s what I did. I placed the bacon strips in a small zip bag. I’m not sure if they’d dry out, so I thought I’d take the precaution. The T-handle feels good in the hand. With this style of handle, I find it easier & more comfortable when inserting & twisting the tool & plug. It is also easier to use w/gloves than the tools that have mini screwdriver style handles. This is not the most compact repair kit, but it’ll fit in a small pocket in your hydration pack, back pack, bum bag/fanny pack, frame bag or jersey/jacket. Overall, I think this is a great little repair kit for a really reasonable price ($9.99 at the time of this review).

Just big enough to use as my emergency plug kit on motorcycle.

This is the perfect tubeless repair kit for me. The handle configuration works so much better than the screwdriver handle style. It's also very compact and easy to store.

Smaller than expected. Shape doesn’t fit the size.

Probably best for the shop but small enough to fit in to a small tool bag. I like the combination of reamer and plug needle. The t-handle fits nicely in the palm. Best for large size plugs. Bigger is better as the saying goes and when you need to plug a big hole in a tubeless tire Lezyne plugs are the way to go.

This is a very nice tool. It is the perfect size to fit in the top compartment of my water bottle tool box (Elite). Haven’t had to use it yet, but I can tell it will do the job well!

Good Quality Kit. Great for long rides to help get

Been running tubeless on 2 of my bikes. Ripped the sidewall of my WTB rear tyre. Stopped. Used the repair kit. Got me home. Easy to use, useful storage box. Definitely wouldn't ride without one. Good quality too.

Tiene buena pinta, veremos cuando haya que utilizarlo, espero que nunca!. Ya lo he utilizado dos veces, una vez en mitad del bosque a las 21:30 de la noche, tardé mas en inflar la rueda que en repararla, uuuufff menos mal que tenia este kit encima. La segunda vez a un compañero que pincho lejos de casa, 100% recomendable.

Pratique

L'ho acquistato per la marca e la compattezza pur avendo un prezzo piuttosto alto rispetto ad analoghi prodotti non marchiati. Sono tuttavia contento, mi sembra veramente ben fatto, materiale in alluminio con una ottima ergonomia, motivo principale dell'acquisto. Spero di usarlo il meno possibile, ma intanto è una sicurezza indispensabile per chi fa MTB nei boschi come me. Potevano forse metterci qualche altro Stick per la riparazione, visto il prezzo, magari di diametro maggiore, ce ne sono solo 5, anche se ha un senso che ci siano solo i piccoli perché specifico per bici. Esiste anche un'altra versione di questo kit, che si chiude ad astuccio, ma ad un prezzo quasi doppio.

Der Quergriff ist, auch wenn er klein ist, wirklich sehr hilfreich! Die Ahle ist leicht und funktionierte bisher immer ausgezeichnet!
