Would this work for ATF transmission fluid fittings?

It will work on a wide variety of fittings and applications but is designed for use on NPT (pipe) threads, not machined fittings like flare or compression ferrule types; if those are leaking, they need to be replaced.

Will it cause damage to Transmission if used on drain plugs ??

Absolutely not. Used this on T-56 6 Speed fill hole bolt with zero issues

Can this be used on polypropylene fittings with UNF threads?

You can use this on anything that’s threaded. Just allow it fully harden and double check for leaks once it does.
