Good Guide for HRM Research Project
The book is focused on running an HRM research project using an applied perspective. I was hoping for something that focused more on analytics. The book would be very helpful for practitioners who are tasked with HRM-related assessments. It would have been helpful to have access to the table of contents before I purchased the book. I purchased the new version oof the book directly from Amazon but it arrived with water damage. I wanted to give the book 3 stars for the damage, but that would have been unfair to the authors.

Great Intro to HR Analytics, Ties Everything Together
This is a great introduction to HR Analytics. The story that the book follows is a realistic example and the chapter on analyzing data is just enough to tie together a few concepts that never clicked in your stats class in college.

Low quality print job: many low-res images, and not enough ink.
The book was printed with insufficient ink as the print appeared more gray than black on several pages. Additionally the images on pages 8, 45, 63, 64, 165 & 182-183 contain really tiny text that is difficult to decipher given the low-resolution used in the images. Can you read the small text provided in the book's low-resolution images? Review the figures in the included pictures to see for yourself. Recommendations: Please reprint the book with more ink, and use a bigger book format to stretch out the images thus making it easier to read the text in the book's figures. Or use higher resolution images to make the text in the book's figures actually legible on the printed page.
