This is, or should be, the gold standard of soft close hinges. They are sturdy and well built. Pros - you can adjust these hinges in/out, up/down, and side to side without removing them; you can turn the soft close on or off, this feature is great for adjusting the closure rate on cabinets with multiple hinges. Cons - they do not come with any instructions on how to install or adjust the hinge.

I was in the mode of replacing all my hinges (24 yrs old set of Blums (70.259)). A few were failing and wanted the soft close. I bought a set of the Berta and a set of the Blum to compare before buying 20 sets. Berta is not bad but the Blum set is visibly and functionally made better. I now understand why the Blums cost more. For me... keeping with Blum made it easy to replace and install was so easy Fit was a perfect match! Very happy with the product. You do get what you pay for in this case. Note: there are no instructions. But if you're replacing existing hinges you shouldn't need it.

These work great. I had to bore out the screw holes to a larger size to fit my old cabinet screws (which plug into predefined holes in the cabinets); however, after that they installed perfect and work great. If they weren't so pricey, I would consider replacing all the hinges on my cabinets with these. fyi...these are self closing hinges; i.e., you can only start to close them and they will slowly close all the way. Some people may not like this feature, but I love it because it prevents my kids from slamming the doors.

Wonderful replacement for IKEA Besta hinges! I purchased Besta shelves online but forgot to add the hinges. If I didn’t find these I would have to wait until end of July for IKEA to deliver the hinges because of the quarantine delay. These saved me tons of time :) no instructions included and I couldn’t find any online, but I figured it out. It’s pretty intuitive. They are also soft-close, which works without issues as well. All in all, so glad I found this listing!

One of the two hinges on a cabinet door got disconnected which became a safety concern. Discovered how easy it was to remove the door and learned that the hinge was a Blum full overlay. I couldn't find the exact model that I had so gave this one a try and it ended up being a perfect fit! All I had to do was remove two existing screws and reuse those to install the new latch. I didn't even need to remove the original mount. Props to Blum for a backwards compatible design!

Just exactly like you think it's going to work, these adjustable hinges work great and soft-close is a nice bonus. You need a 1-3/8" forstner drill bit, of course, to drill the hole in your cabinet door. The cabinet door must be at least 3/4" thick, otherwise your forstner bit could poke out the front of your door! It's also very helpful to have self-centering drill bit to pre-drill screw holes in the exact center of the holes in the hardware. I did the whole install with hand-held cordless drill and had perfect results.

Fit my need perfectly. Hinge is well made and I had a super fast delivery. No more door slamming with soft close.

With Blum hinges there isn’t much to say other than quality and reliability. These hinges are first choice for me everytime. Fit them and forget them and it does t get much better than that.
