Bought these on a whim after a particularly rough week of screen time. My eyes were dry, tight, and borderline painful by evening, and I'd tried warm facecloths but they go cold in two minutes. These are different. You peel the tab, shake the mask, and within about 30 seconds it's warm. Not fake-warm. Actually warm, and it holds the heat for a solid 15–20 minutes. You just lie there. That's it. I've been using one every other night before bed. The puffiness the next morning is noticeably reduced, and the dryness has calmed down. I can't say whether it's the heat itself or just forcing me to stop staring at my phone for 20 minutes, but either way it works. A few practical notes: they're unscented, which I prefer. I've used scented ones before and the fragrance sits in your nose the whole time. These let you breathe. The ear loops are soft and don't leave marks. The pouch they come in is small enough to fit in a hand luggage bag without any fuss. The only real downside is you go through them. Sixteen sounds like a lot until you're using them regularly. I'll be reordering. Good for eye strain, puffiness, tension headaches, and honestly just as a way to make yourself stop and rest for a few minutes. If you travel a lot or sit at a screen all day, these are worth keeping around.

While they seem fragile, they fit nicely on your face and around your ears. They warm up in no time and last about 30 minutes. Nice warmth that soothes your eye area and even seems to moisturize. They also help with relaxing you to fall asleep. Great value for the price and product.

I ordered this Premium 4 Flavors Collection with the hope of actually getting some scent with a heated eye mask, as there is only one brand I've tried that has come though on that front so far. Unfortunately, this is not that brand. :( None of the fragrances, Lavender, Green Tea, Jasmine or Mint, actually had any aroma at all. The set is nice and comes in a cool drawer box dispenser. The eye masks heat very well and for quite a long time (way more than the advertised 20-30 minutes) and stay in place with the flexible ear hooks; I put a regular cloth sleep mask on top to really press the heat into the eyes. They are soft on the skin and effective at soothing my eyes at bedtime and during sleep. These are a great product, I just wish companies would be more honest, so I knocked off a star for the lack of scent.

I wish I could afford to buy these for every single night. They feel so warm and calming. I totally recommend!

I started using these instead of the various types of mask that were microwaved or heated in other ways. I was surprised at how pleasant and effective they were. They start heating when the envelope is opened, and maintain moist heat for as long as 30 minutes. I initially ordered them out of a concern about the reuse of packs and masks that were used over and over after my eyes started itching after using one of the masks that was heated in the microwave, but not easy to clean.

They do provide relaxing heat however they take about15 min to warm up before feeling the effects. I wish they got warmer or were a little thicker on the eyes so the warmth pressed against my eyes better. I found myself pressing on them to get them closer to my eye. Also, there is no scent which I wasn’t totally disappointed with but if you’re expecting a nice relaxing scent, that is missing. They didn’t irritate my skin at all and once they were warmed up for about 15-20 minutes, it was a nice gentle heat.

After a long day of looking a screen charting, this mask helped to relax my sore eyes. It was comfortable to put on. I am claustrophobic and this eye mask wasn't overbearing like my electronic massage eye mask sometimes is. Also during days where I have increased sinus pressure, the heated mask helps to relieve some of that pressure. I couldn't really smell the lavender fragrance, but the jasmine and mint smelled great. I wear them for 20 minutes before I go to sleep ans all of the masks moisturized my eyes and when I wake up, they still felt moisturized. Very affordable price and I used them as gifts for the mothers in my life.

I at first skeptical about the steam eye masks but they actually do heat up to an comfortable temperature. I bought them for my dry eyes to help release the blocked glands on my eyelid.
