A++ It really works and works well on my 17 ES350. 1 hour installation time and probably half of that was 1 connector tucked way up in the dash.

Fantastic customer support.
On Lexus 350s, the steering wheel lock cable is hidden, and I couldn't find it. One call to tech support, and some super patient people pointed me to a video and told me how to find the connector, and additional resources. The troubleshooting documentation is great and solved all my problems. It took me much longer to open the car panels etc that to actually install the product. Instructions are great, very detailed. I would make sure the installation tip sheet is readily available during the install, the product works as promised.

don't buy may damage ecu
after installing my 2015 lexus es350 would not start .Had it towed to lexus dealership and they are saying its going to cost 3500. dollars to fix they think the mpc messed up the ecu

Easy install
This was easy to install. Programming the system wasn’t as straight forward. What I dislike about the system is that the car shuts off when I have it remote started and open a door to get in. Fix that issue and get a 5 star.

AWESOME on 2014 es350
Quick and easy to install, just follow the directions exactly how they tell u when programming, YouTube has some videos too that can help. Plug on colum is way up in the back on 2014 es350 not easy to spot.

Finally have a remote start that doesn't take a yearly fee or 500. Works with stock fob
Works great on my 2015 es350.. Only thing that was wrong is the location of the black pin in steering column...it's above and behind the white wire enclosure on the right of the steering column.. basically it's above where it shows in the picture....also it takes a few seconds before it starts so be patient lol.
