This IS ONLY for wired remote on a adjustable bases, NOT WIRELESS REMOTE COMPATIBLE
It didn't include in the item description that this Sync Cable has 3 ends not 2 (2 male and 1 female). It is a "Y" cable that connects to twin extra long adjustable bases for use with ONLY one WIRED remote. WILL NOT work when you want to connect two WIRELESS controlled adjustable bases to operate at the same time in sync.

Not the same item pictured/described.
I ordered a splitter and received a basic cable extender. I’m unsure at this point if the shipment was an error or if the product is inaccurately described/pictured.
