Great Price ! Works perfectly, easy repair less than 15 minutes.
This was a perfect replacement for my 15 year old Whirlpool Model ED5LHAXWQ00 Refrigerator. When you close the flap for the light to shoot across the empty ice bin the red light should stay steady ON. Mine wasn't, so I knew this was what needed to be replaced. Took about 15 minutes or less to replace both sides, but afterward when I plugged the fridge back in it worked perfectly, red light steady with the flap closed. It took a few hours for the system to cycle, fill with water, freeze, and dump, but I'm back up and running !! OEM's want HUNDREDS of dollars for this part. Amazon had it for less than $25 !!
