I was nervous trying mouth tape for the first time. Would I actually be able to breathe through my nose all night? Would it irritate my skin? And honestly, how much of a hassle would it be to tear pieces off the roll? Happy to say—none of that was an issue. The tape tears easily by hand. No scissors needed, which matters when you're half-asleep and just want to get it on and pass out. I just pulled off a strip, pressed it on, and went to sleep. Stayed on all night. Didn't peel off or curl up. When I woke up, it was still firmly in place. And when I peeled it off—no irritation, no redness, no sticky residue left behind. I have sensitive skin, so this was my biggest worry going in. It's thick enough to feel durable, but not bulky. Honestly, I barely noticed it was there. Just did its job and stayed out of the way. I used it for a month straight and would definitely buy it again.. If you're trying mouth tape for the first time and nervous about it, this is a solid, gentle option.
