New Chapter Wholemega Tiny Capsule Fish Oil, 180 Count

Easy to swallow; taste mildly like fish oil but not strong; I've been taking New Chapter supplements on and off for decades so I trust the brand. Note that a serving is 4 capsules according to the label (my doctor has recommended that I take the equivalent of 5-6 capsules a day); these could go quickly if you're on an omega-heavy regimen.

I saw the negative reviews say they were large and hard to swallow but really they are the smallest ones I've ever had AND they have omega 6, 5, 7, 9 - I mean this thing even has rosemary and oregano and a lot of other great stuff and if anyone else knows a better cap than this let me know but I think I found the grail here and it only took me 50 years lol. Seriously, I am attributing my returning skin glow to these caps and St Clare witch hazel which I also wish I found 30 years ago or after OJs sopped being made. Anyhow - great caps. If the cap is too big for you then poke it with a safety pin and squirt it in your juice or whatever. It's good stuff.

This product was given to me from a friend who is a health nut. Am gain at trying something new and I found these fish capsules, to just slide down your throat very easily. The omega 3 in it, is Salmon. Salmon is one of the best fish money can buy (and it isn't cheap either). This one has D3, I also take this separate from my K2/D3 vitamin. Real fish oil from Alaska (I think mine came from Canada) either way, they were caught up stream. They are a tad costly then other omega 3 fish caps, but I got hooked on these. Took these when my cholesterol was pretty high 2 yrs ago. I took 1 a day for 90 days. Plus ate well, no sugars, and my K2/D3 vitamin, and that soapy powder, along with clean water, and no sodas or other sweet junk. I lost a little weight but NO CHOLESTEROL. Eat fish, salmon if possible. I know it costs more then your car, but the car can't save your life! P.S. if you buy flounder, please hold it up to a bright light. If you see specks of color in the fish's skin, don't buy it. It has tiny pieces of plastic in it. So next time your out buying fresh fish, check it out before you buy it. Most things in our oceans, rivers, small streams and or lakes or ponds, are polluted! And never buy fish or shrimp in tanks!

No after taste and easy to swallow, effective. Great ingredients. I'd recommend this product.

I bought these salmon oil capsules because they were advertised as tiny. These are not tiny; tiny would be like a vitamin D capsule. They need to drop the tiny designation because it’s false advertising. Since I’ve had problems with swallowing I had to learn how to swallow these capsules and I’m glad I did. The arthritis in my shoulders and knees quit bothering me and my blood pressure is now perfect. I took krill oil for years and never had these kind of results. I rarely take the dosage that the manufacturer recommends because it’s usually more than you really need. The results I’ve experienced are from taking only one capsule a day.

My doctors insist I take fish oil. Love the fact these are made by New Chapter a highly reliable company. The tiny caps are easy to swallow. Never any fishy taste.

I Like that they’re not too large. I have bought these for 4 years now and have never had any issues. I think they are of better quality than most brands at regular stores.
