I like the nail brands. I usually buy them. They usually have the best prices they usually work just as good as anything else and I have to support something that I think works that has a good price pill size is normal. Sleep quality. I didn’t use it for sleep, but I slept fine joint health and I didn’t use it for joint health, but thankfully, I don’t have any problems with that. I didn’t get any side effects and I took the regular dosage. .. I actually took it because I ate something that might not have been really good and I didn’t have any bad effects. It actually didn’t make me sick or anything.

This should be a staple in everyone’s vitamin pantry. A great digestive aide for bloating etc or a great binder when cleansing or detoxing the body. (Don’t take within 3-4hrs of other meds or vitamins because it will bind those as well rendering them useless)

These help my digestive system when traveling or ingesting something not too great regarding my stomach and related. I don't notice any strange taste either. I only use them for emergencies sparingly though
