I bought a Dell mouse four months ago! It runs very softly. The battery is very safe. I dropped it off the table three or four times, but nothing happened! It's very hard to make.

Problem resolved
I just got the delivery of the product. I insert the battery but it wont turn on. I changed multiple working batteries still the same. Now i went for the replacement option. There when i am trying to replace the item i selected option which says item not working then it takes me to a page saying how to resolve the problem myself or contact the manufacturer not the seller. Why would i go through the trouble of contact the manufacturer claim the warranty when i just received the product and get to know that it is not working. Please let me return or replace the item . I did not expected this from a brand like amazon to not letting me replace the faulty item.Update(same day): i got the problem resolved through customer care.

Good product but buy keyboard + mluse combo if you need both.
Good working mouse. However, I didn't know you have to buy keyboard and mouse combo for using same dongle. Now, I have to use two dingles - one each for keyboard and mouse.Otherwise, excellent product. No noise, good response, good scrolling, sleek design, size is okay for average sized hand.
