My wife still uses this over a year after our daughter was born. It worked great while she was pregnant and she bounces our daughter on it at night sometimes to help her get to sleep. It’s durable, easy to use, the pump still works and we only had to inflate it once!

I loved this product. It is a tool used at my son's occupation therapy office and the therapist recommended that I purchase one for my autistic son because he loved it so much. HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT FOR THE SAME REASON AS ME, HEED WARNING THAT IF YOUR SON OR DAUGHTER LOVES TO POP THINGS, AS MY SON DOES... he only enjoyed it 5 minutes before he took one of his fat training pencils and shoved it into the thing. It popped. it did not pop because it is weak, it popped because he is strong and the tool was sharp - there are varying types of these balls, some more expensive and thicker, I guess, but had my son not popped it, he is 70lbs and was hopping and bouncing and having a great time. It is a good product and maybe I will purchase another some day.

I was sold on the concept of the peanut ball, which I learned about in my childbirth class. I knew I'd want an epidural, and that would limit my movement options once I had it, so I ordered this to take with me. My hospital did offer birthing balls, but they only had 2-3 so there was no guarantee one would be available, and you couldn't control the size - they had what they had. I asked about peanut balls, and they said no, that they are hard to clean so they don't offer them. I looked up options and was surprised at the price range - you can go from cheap to professional grade ones used at physical therapy studios. I went for cheap and the keyword "anti burst" seemed important. The last thing I wanted to think about in labor was whether the ball would burst while I'm using it! The color was true to the picture (I got the blue size), it came with an easy to use pump, and the rubber was thick. It was almost ribbed, so I understand what the hospital was talking about in making it hard to clean - but I think that gives it an anti-slip coating, so it stays put (and when in labor, there are fluids involved, so anti-slip is good). You can adjust the size a bit based on how much you fill it up, so there's flexibility. I did notice a weird black patch of discoloration, but no big deal to me. We blew it up at home and let it sit for 48 hours to allow the plastic to take shape, then let the air out and packed the pump and ball into my hospital bag. However - I didn't even end up using it, since I ended up having an easy labor once we went with induction. Now what do I do with it?

It’s worth the money if you need this for hip strengthening! It’s the same one I use when I go to PT. Love it

I use it for my small-medium sized dogs for core training. Works very well. The package arrived on time which is a plus.
