I bought the PlayStation 4 as a gift for my 12-year-old son, and I couldn't have made a better choice. At this age, kids look for games with deeper storylines and real challenges, and this console offers an impressive library that keeps them entertained in a very healthy and creative way. What stands out most to me is the quality of the experience: the graphics are excellent, the controller (DualShock 4) is very ergonomic and easy for his hands to handle, and the interface is intuitive. Seeing the look of pure excitement on his face when he opened the gift and started playing was priceless! It’s a gift you simply can't go wrong with.

Bought this for my son and he loved it. Everything worked great and he's got a lot of hours of fun.

The PS4 arrived well wrapped and worked right out of the packaging. Check and make sure your fan doesn't run higher than it should. That can be a sign of an excess of dust in the unit. In my case, dismantling it, very carefully and removing the excess dust with a little air did the trick. Carefully reassemble and we are off the races. There are many videos on YouTube that will walk you through the process. Inspecting for a dust is a great rule for any used purchase, especially electronics.

This was amazing, the best so far. I did have a problem with the lag controller and they offered to fix it right then and there. Either i get a refund to buy another controller or call sony for a repair they are AWESOME!! The console was perfectly new you guys are great.

PS4 slim - previous user was not wiped from PlayStation, could not unlog them to log myself in.
