Perfect mouse. Fairly simple
I've had this for over 2 years now. It's a great little mouse. Nothing fancy. Super realiable. Wireless connection is flawless. One thing that i can't tell if it was improved or I just adapted to it fairly fast. Is the fact that the lift off distance was fairly high. As in like, when you pick your mouse up to move it back to the center beacuse you've reached the end of your mouse matt. Usually you pick it up and move it and you're fine. However early on I noticed you had to raise the mouse fairly high off the matt to actually cause it to not mvoe your mouse while moviging it back to the center. However this issue seemed to vanish and i've not experienced this annoyance for quite some time. Again I can't tell if i just got used it and i now naturally lift my mouse up higher when moving it, or they updated it to reduce the sensors lift off distance. Overall though fantastic mouse.

Gamers Have to Work Too
While this mouse is marketed towards gamers, I've found it to be a fantastic mouse for everyday productivity tasks as well, especially for someone who uses a palm grip like myself. Pros: The battery life is great and I can go for a few work days without needing to plug it in. It's very light weight when compared to the Iron Claw and much smaller (see image), which isn't ideal for big hands, but for work, I'm really not worried about that. Using iCue, I have set the perfect DPI and set up a couple of macros on the thumb buttons. One to write my signature at the end of emails and another to mute/unmute in Zoom calls! Very handy. Cons: The charging port is poorly designed. It's location means you're forced to use the one provided with the mouse as no other cables you already own will fit in the gap. God forbid it breaks or you lose it. Overall: If you're looking for a comfortable, lightweight, small wireless mouse for everyday productivity tasks, the CORSAIR HARPOON WIRELESS RGB Lightweight is a strong contender. The excellent battery life and comfortable palm grip are major selling points. While the software has a bit of a learning curve, the customisation options it offers are a plus for those who want to tailor the mouse to their workflow.

Wish I bought this sooner.
I had the wired version of the Harpoon for several years and really liked it. I decided to try the wireless version and my first impression of it was "I should have bought this years ago" ... It's exactly like the wired version. Feels identical. There's no difference that I can tell, other than being cable free. Lovely mouse. So accurate and comfortable, just like the original. Having used it for several weeks now I can say that for my use case the battery lasts about 6 days before it needs charging. About 4-5 hours in the evening of mixed use web viewing/gaming. Heavier users will obviously need to charge more often. I did set the sleep mode all the way down to 3 minutes in the iCue software to help with battery life. Really wish I bought this sooner!

Amazing little thing.
Love this mouse, the dual bluetooth and usb allows me to easily switch between computers. One slight issue is that you cannot drag click on this mouse, (issue only applicable for minecraft 1.8 pvp players). It makes the sound, but the mouse only detects 4-5 clicks. But that issue really doesn't matter! Used it for half a year now, still in amazing condition as the build quality is really good.

Great little mouse
Bought this house to go with a new ASU’s gaming laptop. Battery seems to last for ever and if it does run out, you can use the included USB-A cable to charge. One nice feature is that you can charge and use the mouse at the same time. Nice and light and fits my hands and my wife’s hands well (she has small hands and still fits great). Plenty of DPI settings that can be changed in iCUE software and you can save six DPI profiles and quickly cycle through them without opening the software. Very happy

Fails on the absolute basics
I've been using the wired version of this mouse for almost ten years now and have been through about 5 of them. They were definitely my type of mouse. I thought I'd give the wireless version a go and I'm afraid I regret it. The problems I've had, and things I dislike about this mouse are: - It regularly loses connection and jumps all over the place, often at the worst times. This is using the 2.4G connection over a distance less than 1m. After lots of trial/error and googling, I found that using the dongle in a non-3.0 USB port fixes this for me. The product states it works in 3.0 ports, but I found this to be false for me. - After charging the mouse and unplugging it to go back into wireless mode the cursor would not reappear. I tried turning it on and off again and fiddling with all the buttons etc to no avail. The eventual 'fix' (again after more googling) was to unplug the dongle and plug it back in again. This is again an intermittent fault and I hate having to trouble shoot something that should be simple. - The iCUE software is the complete epitome of modern bloatware. 1GB software which of course comes with a million features I did not ask for or want, just to try to get my mouse working. - On installation of iCue it TURNED ON MOUSE ACCELERATION IN WINDOWS AND ADJUSTED MY WINDOWS MOUSE SENSITIVITY! This is absurd and was the cherry on the cake that made me come write this review. I googled it and it looks like this was an issue with the software in 2022. I can tell you that it is still doing it today in December 2025. (Nowhere did it state this software is absolutely required for the mouse to work, but with the issues I was having I felt that I had to follow the instructions in the manual (which say to install the software) to make sure I had ruled out driver issues etc) Having now tried a wireless mouse I will be getting another wireless mouse next. But it will definitely not be a Corsair mouse i'm sad to say.
