Very effective
Used to have insomnia & couldn’t sleep till 3am then tried these mints. I take it at 11pm and by 11.45 I feel extremely sleepy and I sleep by 12 it’s so effective. No morning drowsiness, I feel fresh in morning. Taste is ok. Very convenient & better than gummies

Waste Product
Too bad to too worst product i recieved in Amazon, more over it doesn't work well as they said in image funny part is 10mg and it start smooth and fast... but in reality it doesn't work well even i didn't find my eyes not get sleepy eyes even after halfan hour to one hour.... waste of money...

Deep Sleep Without Grogginess

Great supplements if you are looking for quick sleep. Helps in improvement of sleep

Effective
When I started eating it, its effect was visible not from the first day but from the fourth day. I ate it continuously for a week then started eating except one day. Believe me, my sleep has improved a lot, I had insomnia but now I don't feel like it, just felt a little expensive but effective too.

It worked for me but had side effects..
First of all the pill is too expensive for me. Second, it did work for me but not on day 1. It started kicking in on day 3 and I had a sound sleep on third night. After fifth night, sleep was intense so I was feeling groggy since waking up till about 10am. After sixth night I was feeling drowsy and could not drive throughout the day. I stopped taking the pill for a couple of days and was still sleeping OK. Just tried I restarted the pill because I had spent so much money on it. Day 1 (night 1) was back to square 1. Poor quality sleep :) This could probably be because the brain is expecting sleep and not switching off. I did not go beyond day 1. Going back to good old Melatonin.

Misuse of Ayurveda..
White elephant, costely , useless,even harmful for patient suffering from depression.The product is not certified by any compitant body.Not certified even as a food item.The combination is available at very cheaper rate from Himalaya drugs.
