Anyone know what’s inside?

I dont know what's inside but I bought 2. Had to return them. They were sticky and stinky. Would not recommend.

What is this filled with?

I believe it’s gelled corn syrup....

What material is the outside of it?

It feels like rubber. We bought two and they get pierced very easily.

what is the size before being stretched?

Probably 3 1/2” to 4” tall, and big enough around that it requires a man’s normal sized hand [mine] to enclose it with some opportunity to “squeeze.” It’s a pretty fun thing. I’ve bought two and now that you’ve brought it to mind, I may just get a third. The real problem is that eventually the little guy surrenders to a puncture wound, hole, or ulcerative rupture of one sort or another, and the semi-solid ‘fluid’ inside begins to leak out, and the stuff is evil and cannot be removed from anything it lands on
