Update: I reached out to the shipper and got a quick reply telling me the dropper may have been clogged with sediment. I followed the instructions given and the problem is resolved. I appreciated the quick reply and offer to replace the dropper of that didn't work. Great customer service! Opened today to use for the first time but the dropper is defective and will not draw product into the pipette for use. Unable to submit a return. I'm not happy. This was not inexpensive and unless the seller will provide a replacement it's a total loss.

I have nightly leg cramps and I have been using oral magnesium and potassium with little help. The cramps would lock in (often in both legs at once!) and have me down on the floor in agony for up to 45 min. before subsiding. I started using the quinine... just one dose before bed for about a month now. Even though I have felt like I would get a cramp, the cramp never "locked in" since I have been using the quinine. Have reordered a larger bottle and plan to continue to use it on a nightly basis as it is the best preventative I have tried. Love it! Not unpleasant to take either!

Over the past several yrs, I have suffered with very painful nighttime leg cramps. At times they occurred in my calf, SHINS or thighs , in other words unpredictable but OH SO PAINFUL. One star because this extract is the real deal and has the very side effects warned about. I was desperate for relief from excruciating nocturnal leg cramps. I took 25 drops 2 times per day. By the second night, I had no more cramps, unbelievable relief. By day 4, I noticed large black bruises on my thigh, but wasn't terribly concerned. On day 6 I started noticing strange black bulls eye bruises and red blotches all over my body. That night, I was falling asleep and absentmindedly scratched off a bump on my chest. I felt something strange and to my surprise it was bleeding profusely and would not stop. I soaked through many gauze pads that night and it was no different 9 hours later. In a panic, I ran to the pharmacy for wound seal. The artificial scab powder for people on blood thinner. Thank goodness it worked.
